He Renews Our Strength

Today we are tired. We are battle weary. We walk around with the weight of unmet expectations on our shoulders. We carry the burden of grief yet our loved one is still alive. We are exhausted from living a life we didn’t ask for.

And so are our loved ones. They are in an all out war. And no matter what they say, or what kind of show they put on, they do not want to be in this war. They are tired. They are weary.

But there is HOPE.

Because there is power in the name of Jesus to break chains, to give power to the powerless and to give strength to the weak.
Praying today that our loved one would turn their hope to the One who has the power to save!

March 11, 2024 Our prayer for our loved one today:

Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV
[29] He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. [30] Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; [31] but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

Oh Lord, we come before you today filled with gratitude and hope. Because we believe that your word is true and your promises will be fulfilled in our lives and in our children's lives. Lord thank you that You will give (our loved one) strength, because (he/she) is weary right now and Lord, we believe that you will fill (our loved one) with your supernatural power, because (he/she) is weak. Lord (our loved one) is tired, (he/she) has stumbled and fallen. But Lord we know that with a whisper, with a simple uttering of Your name that you WILL renew (his/her) strength. That you will make (our loved one) to soar on (his/her) wings like an eagle, that (our loved one) will run hard and never grow weary again and that (he/she) will walk and not grow faint. Lord, You and only You can do this for (our loved one). Lord, we pray that today would be the day. The day (our loved one) whispers Save Me Lord. We ask that You draw (him/her) unto You today. In Jesus Name. Amen
