On this day...
This day of Thanksgiving.
We give thanks to the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, for he IS good and His love endures. His love endures beyond the reach of our pain, our difficulties, our empty chair.
And we pray that today His love endures and sustains our loved one.
November 22, 2018 Our prayer for our Loved One today:
Psalm 136:1 NIV [1] Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.
Lord, we give thanks to you today. We give thanks because you are always good. Lord, we give thanks for (our loved one) today. We pray that (our loved one) would have a love encounter with you today. We pray that (he/she) would feel your love as you pursue (him/her) and we pray that (our loved one) would be sustained by that love. We thank you that your love for (our loved one) endures forever. We praise you for this promise on this Thanksgiving Day. We pray this prayer in your son’s precious name. Amen.
