No doubt these are very troubling times. And you may be feeling overwhelmed today. You may be angry. You may be paralyzed by fear. You may feel hopeless.
He is the peace giver.
And remember, as hard as it is for us, it is so much harder for our loved ones. Yes, they can numb it, but when they wake up day after day in the same situation, they feel sad and restless and afraid and remorseful and fear. And they don't know how to get out of that cycle.
So today's prayer is a prayer of peace for us all.
September 23, 2020. Our prayer for our loved one today:
John 14:27 NLT [27] "I am leaving you with a gift-peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid.
Father God, you are the Prince of Peace. And you came to bring us the perfect peace that can only come from you. Lord, that you for leaving us that gift. Peace of mind and heart. And I pray today that (our loved one) would experience that gift in some small way. Through a touch, a smile, a sense that comes onto (him/her). Lord, I pray that today (he/she) would look for that gift in You and not in anything the world can give (him/her). And lord, I pray that you would take any troubles or fear or anxiety and lift it from (our loved one) today so that (he/she) can be completely filled to overflowing with Your peace!

Enduring the Unedurable
I was taught as a young person to be self-sufficient and to persevere. It was one of my strengths. I was told I was dogmatic and when I set a goal I rarely fell short.
But when addiction hit our family, I soon realized that I could have been Ironman or Wonder Woman and still would not have had the strength on my own to handle the mayhem that was my life.
We soon came to the realization that there was only One that could restore us to sanity.
When we've tried everything we can to do this on our own, and we fail again and again, we come to realize that our strength isn't enough.
When we do, it is then that we are able to surrender and ask
God to fill us with His strength, the glory-strength that only He can give us. So we are then equipped to stick it out for the long-haul.
The kind of strength that can endure the unendurable and spills over into JOY!
Praying this for us.

September 6, 2021 Our Prayer for our Loved One Today:
Colossians 1:9-12 MSG [9-12] Be assured that from the first day we heard of you, we haven't stopped praying for you, asking God to give you wise minds and spirits attuned to his will... We pray that you'll live well for the Master, making him proud. As you learn more and more how God works, you will learn how to do your work. We pray that you'll have the strength to stick it out over the long haul---not the grim strength of gritting your teeth but the glory-strength God gives. It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for us.
Father God, we intercede today on behalf of all of our loved ones. We cry out today for those who are in the throes of an addictions or oppression, those who are choosing the hard work of recovery and all those who are struggling day to day as they walk through a dark valley. Lord, we will not stop praying for [our loved one]. We ask that You give [our loved one] a wise mind and spirit attuned to Your will. We pray that [our loved one] would choose to live well for You, making You proud. We pray as [our loved one] learns more and more about how You work and about doing Your work through [his/her] transformation, that [he/she] would stick it out for the long-haul with the strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into JOY. Lord we pray [our loved one] will overflow with thanksgiving for You, who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that You have ready for [him/her] in [his/her] life! He Will Rescue

He not only sees your loved one, he not only loves them, but He cares so deeply, loves so fully that when they suffer, He suffers with them.
And it says that He WILL restore them.
He's always at work my friends.
Never ever give up hope.
September 5, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
Psalm 72:12-14 NIV [12] For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help. [13] He will take pity on the weak and the needy and save the needy from death. [14] He will rescue them from oppression and violence, for precious is their blood in his sight.
Lord, thank you that you are our Heavenly Father, our Abba Daddy, the One who loves us perfectly and completely. Lord thank you that your heart is for us and you only desire the best for us. Lord, thank you this morning that you promise to take care of (our loved one) who is helpless and poor when (he/she) cries out to you. Lord, right now you are the only one who can defend (him/her). Thank you that you promise in your word to care for the weak and needy and that you will rescue (our loved one). Lord, save (our loved one) from the oppression (he/she) is battling right now, today and save (our loved one) from any violence (he/she) may encounter. Lord, because we KNOW that (our loved one's) life is so precious to You. Lord, thank you that you love (our loved one) more than we do. We sit at your feet today, grateful for your saving power. Perfect Peace
During extreme difficulty we can stay focused on this...
2000 years ago a child was born.

Luke 1:78-79 NLT [78] Because of God's tender mercy, the morning light from heaven is about to break upon us, [79] to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, and to guide us to the path of peace."
Father God, we thank you today that you are a God of tender mercy. You gave us a sunrise today, the morning light. And Lord we believe that your Holy light is about to break on (our loved one). Lord, shine the light on (him/her). (Our loved one) is sitting in the darkness Lord, in the shadows of death. Lord we pray today that Your light would guide (our loved one) on to the path of peace. The peace that goes beyond understanding. The deep peace that can only come from you. We BELIEVE that your son, the light came for every one of us and we trust that it will shine on (our loved one) in your perfect timing. Thank you for your precious promises! We agree with it and stand on it, in your son's precious name. Amen!

You Are Not Alone
The fear…
The discouragement…
The feeling that God has abandoned us.
The feeling that God has abandoned our loved one.
The constant battle inside our heads screaming, “where are you God?”
He is with us, my friend.
He is with each one of us.
He goes before us and He will never leave us. Even when we push Him away, even when we forsake Him, He will not forsake us.
Today I pray that the God who is always with each one of us, will reveal Himself clearly to my loved one. So that my loved one will know, beyond doubt, that he is not alone.
September 4, 2021 Our prayer for Our Loved One today:
Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV
[8] The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
Lord, today I confess to you that I am sad, I am discouraged, I am afraid. This life is not the life that I had planned for myself or for (our loved one).
Lord, I know that if I only look at this temporal world, I would lose hope. Yet, the hope for (our loved one) does not come from this world. It comes from the promise of the ultimate sacrifice that you made for us. Lord, I ask today that you will go before (our loved one), that (he/she) will know, without doubt that you are WITH (him/her). I walk in gratitude that you promise to never leave (our loved one) and that you will never, ever forsake (him/her). Lord, today I ask that you fill (our loved one) with courage, with faith and with the perseverance to fight the battle (he/she) is facing, one moment at a time. I pray this in your son’s precious name. Amen

He is Ready to do Miracles
In the middle of the insanity, it's hard to trust...
You feel distant from God....
You are struggling with believing anything good will come from all of this....
And you simply want to do something to make it all better...
When the world tells you to do nothing, God in his wisdom gives us a guide for action. So here is your lists of “do’s” for today:
Trust in Him: He will keep you safe
Delight in Him (I mean radical joy!): He will give you the desires of your heart (He already knows the deep desires).
Commit your way to him (really commit - not just a little bit): You will shine like a star
And the most difficult of all...
Be patient: Watch and see the wild, amazing thing God will do in your life and in your loved one’s life.
Praying today that we can focus on God’s “to do” list for us. He is ready to do miracles!
September 2, 2021 Our Prayer for our loved one today:
Psalm 37:3-6 NIV [3] Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. [4] Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. [5] Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: [6] He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn…[7] Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him.
Lord, thank you that today you are a big God who can be completely trusted. As we trust in you we pray also that (our loved one) will trust in you and begin to do the right things so that (he/she) can live safely in this land. Lord we pray that (our loved one) will take delight in you and you alone. We know that as (he/she) begins to live for you, you will give (him/her) the desires of (his/her) heart. We pray that (our loved one) would commit (his/her) ways to you and that (he/she) would trust in you and walk in your will. We know that (our loved one’s) goodness will shine when that day comes. We pray for that day to come quickly, but Lord, we know that it will come in your perfect timing. We ask for patience and perseverance in the waiting. Strength and Peace
Day in and day out, it can become harder to find peace.
Fear of relapse.
Sadness from loss.
Disappointment from unmet expectations.
Extreme busyness (sometimes to numb the pain).
So today, I claim these verses over my life. I claim these verses over my loved one’s life.
And I pray this over each of you who are struggling today.
May you be filled today with the gift of supernatural strength and peace that only He can give us

Psalm 29:11 NIV[11] The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Abba daddy, we come to You this morning weak, tired and full of anxiety and turmoil because we know that our loved ones are wounded, lost and exhausted. Lord, we know that You are the only source of true healing, true freedom. Father God, we ask today that you would give strength to (our loved one) today, because we know that (our loved one) is Your precious child. We pray that You, in all of your love and mercy, pour out a special blessing of peace over (our loved one) as (he/she) struggles through this day. You are the author and giver of life. Lord, we pray today that (our loved one) would choose life. We believe, in faith, that your promise will come to be and we step in to your perfect peace for us today as well. No Shame
The spirit of condemnation. The tool he uses to keep us sick.
“I am bad.” “I am an addict.” “I am the sum of my failures.” “I will never get better”
The momentary numbing of the emotional pain always brings us back to bondage.
Today we pray against the spirit of condemnation and the spirit of failure.
But this is why He came. To bear that shame on the cross.
No guilt, no shame.
A full pardon
August 31, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
Romans 8:1-2 NIV[1] Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, [2] because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.
Father we come before you today with the authority of the suffering Jesus Christ paid on the cross. We thank you that because of his death we don’t have to live in lies and deception, that we can walk in truth. We pray against any spirit of condemnation or failure that has taken hold of [our loved one]. We believe that through Christ Jesus, your Spirit, who gives life to [our loved one], will set [him/her] free from sin and death. We believe that through you, true freedom will come to [our loved one]. We pray that all of [our loved one’s] chains will be broken today. I Will Go Before You
I will go before you my child....and make sure you have a place to sleep tonight.
I will go before you my child....and provide an angel to give you the hug that you so badly need.
I will go before you my child...and give you the food you need for lunch today.
I will go before you my child...and protect you from that person that meant to harm you.
I will go before you my child...and open the door for you to get the help you need.
I will go before you my sweet child and clear a path so wide that you will know that I am the Lord your God, the One who calls you by name.
August 30, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
Isaiah 45:2-3 NLT [2] This is what the LORD says: "I will go before you, "my child", and level the mountains. I will smash down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron[3] And I will give you treasures hidden in the darkness- secret riches. I will do this so you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, the one who calls you by name.
Lord, we come before you today facing mountains. There is a wilderness in front of us and we see no way out. So we look to your word and your promises to give us strength and encouragement. And you are the God who can make a way through that wilderness. Lord, we believe that you are going before [our loved one] and that you are leveling mountains for [him/her]. Lord, you are smashing down gates of bronze and cutting through bars of iron, to make a path for [our loved one]. Lord, we know that you have amazing treasure in store for [our loved one]. Lord, we believe this will be so miraculous that there will be no denying you Lord, that [our loved one] will KNOW that you are the Lord, who calls [our loved one] by name. Filled With Love
One day, in the middle of all of the craziness, we were sitting across from a pastor asking for counsel. He gave us some pretty profound advice that changed the course of our journey. And as we finished the conversation he looked at us and said, “Just remember....LOVE NEVER FAILS.”
I know that I can’t love the way I need to, unless I fully understand how much my Heavenly Father loves me. So today, I pray that you will be absolutely filled to overflowing with the anointing love of our amazing God. So much so, that it overflows and spills out on everyone around you.
And I pray that love will drive everything you do, as you come alongside your precious loved one that is suffering. Because that love will lead them home.
August 29, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
1 Thessalonians 3:11-13 MSG [11-13] May God our Father himself and our Master Jesus clear the road to you! And may the Master pour on the love so it fills your lives and splashes over on everyone around you, just as it does from us to you. May you be infused with strength and purity, filled with confidence in the presence of God our Father when our Master Jesus arrives with all his followers.
Lord God, we come before you today with the desire to fully experience Your love in our lives. We know that perfect love cast out all fear and that love never fails. Lord our motive for our prayers is love. Love for You and love for [our loved one]. Lord we pray today that You would intervene on our behalf and clear a road for [our loved one] straight to you! Lord we pray that You would pour out Your love so fully that it fills [our loved one's] life and splashes over on everyone around [our loved one], just as it has done from You to us! Lord we pray today that you would infuse [our loved one] with strength and purity. That you would fill [our loved one] with confidence in Your presence Lord. A Crown of Beauty
Sometimes we get so caught up in the trite sayings of "christianease." Like "all things work for good." And "Let go and let God." or "everything happens for a reason." I abhor those phrases.
Tell the mama who lost her son last night that all things work for good.
Tell the daddy who’s 18 year old daughter is shooting heroin to “let go.”
When we live with a loved one who is on a self-destructive path, we often live in the shadow of death and despair.
To be clear, death and disease and drugs and pain and grief....they were NOT part of God's plan. He didn't cause them. He didn't want this for His people. He wanted us to live a perfect life with Him at the center.
In the Greek text the word for broken-hearted is translated shattered soul. Thankfully His promise is to heal the shattered soul.
And He promises that while horrible things happen to us in this world He is able to take the ashes of grief and mourning and turn them into the beauty of joy and praise, comfort and hope.
August 28, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
Isaiah 61:1-3 NIV [1] The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, [2] to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and ...to comfort all who mourn, [3] and provide for those who grieve in Zion---to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.
Abba daddy, we humbly come before You ready to receive the Good News that You have for us. We thank You that Your desire is to bind up the brokenhearted and to FREE (our loved one) and to release each of us from the darkness that exists around us. Lord, we proclaim Your favor over our life and (our loved one's) life and we receive the gift of Your comfort as we weep for (our loved one). Lord we accept Your comfort as we grieve. We rejoice in the coming day when you will bestow on us and on (our loved one) a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning and a garment of praise instead of despair, because that is Your perfect plan for us. And we exalt the day when (our loved one) will be called an oak of righteousness and (he/she) will stand before You whole and healed in ALL of (his/her) slender and glory. Lord, we receive today Your healing and Your faithful promises for our lives. In Jesus precious name we pray. Amen.

He Refreshes My Soul
That day. The day after the darkest day in history. A day of great grief. A day of loss. A day of confusion. She believed that what He had promised was true, yet now her son was gone.
She was crushed. Devastated. Full of angst and disappointment. Full of sorrow. She was told by God her son was going to be the King of Kings. And he had just been crucified on an old wooden cross.
You may be experiencing many of the same emotions today as Mary did on that day.
WHERE ARE YOU GOD????? THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED??? I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOOD??? YOU LET MY SON DIE!!!!!
But like us on this day, she couldn't see what was going to happen the NEXT day. She couldn't begin to comprehend, to wrap her brain around what God was going to do in just 24 short hours.
God IS here my friends. He is with you in this dark valley that you walk through . He is with your loved one as they are walking through the darkest of valleys.
And the HOPE. The HOPE that we have is in what happened the next day. The hope is in the promises, the assurance that we KNOW He never leaves our side.
August 27, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
Psalm 23:1-6 NIV [1] The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. [2] He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, [3] he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. [4] Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. [5] You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. [6] Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Thank you Lord that you are (our loved one’s) shepherd and in You (he/she) will have everything (he/she) needs for an abundant life. Lord, as I pray that (our loved one) will rest in You today I ask that you quiet (our loved one’s) spirit and refresh and restore (our loved one’s) soul. Lord, I feel today that (our loved one’s) walking through the darkest of valley's, Lord but THANK YOU that you are always with (him/her) and that because of that, I have nothing to fear. Lord, we ask that your rod would protect (our loved one) today. Lord with your staff, draw me and (our loved one) near to you. Lord comfort (our loved one) as only you can. You provide for (him/her) a table, a feast even before (his/her) enemies, to the point where (his/her) cup will overflow with abundance! Lord, thank you that your goodness and your mercies will follow (our loved one) all of the days of (our loved one’s) life and for the amazing promise that I will dwell with you in your house forever, eternally. Lord, I thank you and praise you for all of these things today. In Jesus Name! Amen.

I Can't He Can
The weight you are carrying….
It’s not yours to carry.
The burdens that you are holding on to…
Are not yours to bear.
But grace…
That measureless grace.
That is what is waiting for each of us…

August 26 2021 Our prayer for our Loved One today:
Psalm 55:22 TPT [22] So here's what I've learned through it all: Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord, and measureless grace will strengthen you.
Merciful Father, we sit at your feet today bearing the full weight of the burdens we are carrying. The load is heavy. Too heavy for us to manage on our own. Lord, we know that the only way we are going to continue to climb this mountain is if we hand this load off to you. Father, we release all of our cares, all of our anxieties all of our fears, over to you. Lord, we pray this for (our loved one) as well. (He/she) is suffocating under the weight of the strongholds and difficulties in (his/her) life. We pray for a releasing today. We pray that (our loved one) would let go of all that (he/she) is holding so tightly to, the things of this world that are of no use to (him/her). Those things that hold (him/her) back from experiencing the full measure of your glorious grace. Lord, strengthen (him/her). Fill (him/her) with the power that only you can give (our loved one). The God—strength that gives (him/her) the peace to say “Abba Father, I can’t, but you can.” We pray these things in your son’s precious name. Amen

Isaiah 43:1-2,4 NIV
[1] But now, this is what the Lord says---he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. [2] When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. [4] Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.
Heavenly Father, to be real God, our hearts are breaking today. The pain at times, can be unbearable. But You, You Lord are the one and only who can heal our hurting heart. Today we cling to your promises. Lord, because you created (our loved one), you formed (him/her) we need not fear. You have redeemed (our loved one). You have summoned (our loved one) by name and (he/she) is Yours! Lord we believe today in your promises that when (our loved one) passes through the deep waters, that You will be with (him/her) and when (our loved one) is drowning in the river of life, it will not sweep over (him/her). Lord we believe that even when (our loved one) walks through the fire, that You will protect (him/her) and not allow (him/her) to be burned. Lord, we trust that (our loved one) is precious and honored in Your sight and that because you loved (our loved one) so much you gave Your son, Jesus in exchange for (our loved one). You gave Him in exchange for (our loved one's) life. Lord, we are in awe of that sacrifice Lord. We do not take it lightly. And Lord, we pray today that (our loved one) would open (his/her) heart to see You in a very real way and (he/she) would understand in a moment, Your redemption and the abundant life you have waiting for (him/her)! We thank you for all you are doing in the heavenly realms that we can't see. We believe that you are at work in a mighty way. We trust in your deliverance today! We pray this in Jesus precious name. Amen!

A Greater Measure of Grace
The yelling, the shaming, the anger, the chaos. The crazy things I’ve done on this journey in my selfish efforts to change my loved one.
The mistakes along the dusty path.
But there is grace.
My heart’s desire today is that I would become a better version of myself. Walking in love and overflowing with that marvelous grace.
And as I experience the unfolding beauty of all that He gives me, my hope is that I would reflect that to my loved one.
SO that he would experience the miracle of His marvelous grace.

Almighty Father, we come before you today because you are holy and powerful and loving. We believe that your grace is greater than all of our failures and mis-steps. Lord, we pray on behalf of [our loved one] today, that even now you are molding and preparing [our loved one’s] heart and mind for the glorious unfolding in front of [him/her]. Lord, we pray that you would set [our loved one's] mind on the hope that your grace in Jesus Christ brings. We pray that [our loved one] would let go of the desires that come from living [his/her] old life, a life of pain and suffering. We believe that you have called [our loved one] to become like you in every way. We pray these words in the confidence that they will be full-filled swiftly. In Jesus Holy Name we pray! Amen

He Doesn't Leave Them For A MInute
This morning you may feel lost and alone. Like you are walking through unknown territory. Like you are in a dark maze and keep running into walls at every turn.
I know that feeling so well.
But God says "I'll take the hand of those who don't know the way, who can't see where they're going. I'll be their personal guide!"
Our God loves you so much that He will personally guide when you don't know which way to turn. He'll keep you from going off the path and falling into the ditch.
Just reach out and take his hand. Trust Him. We don’t have to know the way, because He will show us the way.
And I'm praying today that one day soon, our loved ones will look up and reach out and take His hand and let Him lead them out of the lies and confusion of their life.
August 23, 2021Our Prayer For Our Loved One Today
Isaiah 42:16 Msg. But I'll take the hand of those who don't know the way, who can't see where they're going. I'll be a personal guide to them, directing them through unknown country. I'll be right there to show them what roads to take, make sure they don't fall into the ditch. These are the things I'll be doing for them— sticking with them, not leaving them for a minute."
Abba daddy, I need you today. I am walking through unknown territory and I am lost. I am scared. I feel alone. But Lord, I know that with you I am never alone. I know that you are right there to grab my hand when I don't know the way. And Lord, I am confident that when my grip gets weak, you, in your love, hold on tighter. Lord, help me today to trust you. And Lord, I thank you that you are always beside (our loved one). Lord, (our loved one) is in unknown territory and you promise that you will be right there with (him/her). Lord, show (him/her) the road that (he/she) needs to take. Lord, guide (him/her). Protect (him/her) so that (he/she) doesn't fall into the ditch. Lord, I know that you are with (our loved one). Thank you for your promise that you will stick with (our loved one) and that you won't leave (him/her). And Lord, I pray today that you will guide (our loved one) home. I pray this in your son's precious name. Amen

Give Thanks
In the middle of the ugly, the mess, the difficulties it is hard to see God at work.
But each one of us, every one, whether they are in His will at the moment or not, was created for something incredibly special.
He has begun a good work in you.
He has begun a good work in your loved one.
And He promises that He won’t stop pursuing us until the day we go to our eternal home.
I give thanks today for my loved one and for the work God is certainly doing in his life.
August 21 2021 Our Prayer for Our Loved One Today
Philippians 1:3,6 NLT
[3] Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. [6] And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
Abba Daddy, we come to you this morning, feeling tired, feeling sad, feeling angry, sometimes with our loved one, but often with ourselves. We know we are called to love. We know we are called to give thanks. And today, that is hard for me. I can't do this on my own Lord. So fill me with Your love and grace so that every time I think of (our loved one) I WILL give thanks to God for him/her. Lord, I am so grateful that you chose (our loved one) specifically for me. Lord, I AM certain that you, the God of the universe who is always, always good, is already beginning to do a good work in (our loved one) and that You won't quit, You won't stop until (our loved one) is complete in You. We are grateful that we can fully trust You. We pray in your son's holy name. Amen.

August 20, 2021 Our prayer for Our Loved One today:
Psalm 118:17 NASB I will not die, but live, And tell of the works of the LORD.
Father God, I admit that I walk in fear most days. Fear of losing that which is most precious to me. Fear of losing my dreams. Fear of not measuring up. Fear of death. Lord, today I call out the truth of your words in my life and in my loved ones life. Lord, I will not allow my circumstances to overcome me. I will not die, I will live. And today I pray for (our loved one). I claim with power and authority life over (him/her). Lord, (our loved one) will not only live but live to tell of your glorious works in (his/her) life. Lord I believe with my whole being that as it is written, so it shall become. I pray this with confidence in your son’s precious name. Amen.

Blessed is He Who Trust in the Lord
Sweet friends, I am praying this over you and your loved ones today.
I pray that you will be filled with faith and trust today.
I pray that your hope and confidence will be in Him.
I pray that your roots will go down deep, so that even though you are in the desert right now, you will not thirst.
And I pray for complete restoration.
That the trials and difficulties you are going through today will be redeemed for His glory.

Jeremiah 17:7-8 TLB[7] But blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and has made the Lord his hope and confidence. [8] He is like a tree planted along a riverbank, with its roots reaching deep into the water-a tree not bothered by the heat nor worried by long months of drought. Its leaves stay green, and it goes right on producing all its luscious fruit.
Father God, thank you for Your word and that we can fully trust it. Thank you that You give us visions and pictures of what will come to be. Lord, today I will picture (our loved one) as You picture (him/her). Lord we pray with our whole being that (our loved one) will come to trust in You and that (he/she) will find (his/her) hope and confidence in You alone. Lord we pray that (he/she) will become like a tree planted, with (his/her) roots reaching deep in Your truth and Your strength. We pray that (he/she) will become so solid and strong that nothing will succeed in coming against (him/her). Lord, we believe that you have a calling on (our loved one's) life that you have a special plan and purpose for (him/her). Lord we trust in that plan today. I will Rescue
A family wondering where their child is, because they haven’t heard from him in months.
A grandma, raising her grandson, without money for groceries.
A couple, dropping their child off at rehab for the 9th time, hoping this time it works.
A mama, just last night, calling the police on her own child because he pulled a gun on her.
A family learning yesterday that their child is gone forever.
These are the things that some of you are facing today. And you are wondering how you are going to go on, or even if God exists.
He IS there...
And he wrote these words filled with so much HOPE just for you today, just for your loved one today.
Simple words full of the power to sustain us.
He will rescue you my friend...
He will carry you through this day.
August 18, 2021 Our prayer for our loved one today:
Isaiah 46:4 NIV
[4] I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
Lord you are HE! You are the great I am. You are the One who loves us and we thank you because you are FULLY trustworthy. Abba Father, sustain us today. Give us the strength to walk through this day in Your peace, Your joy, Your power. Lord, you know (our loved one), for you created (him/her). We ask that you carry (our loved one) through this day. Watch over (him/her), protect (him/her). And sustain (our loved one). Give (him/her) this day, (his/her) daily bread. Meet (his/her) needs whatever they are. And finally Lord, we cry out to you for (our loved one's) rescue. Whatever it is that (he/she) is battling today, we ask that you swoop (him/her) up and wrap (him/her) in your loving arms as only you can. Deliver (him/her) from whatever unknown, unseen forces are holding (him/her) captive. Father, we believe… we KNOW that you are a GOOD God and have the power to change lives. Lord, we ask for your life saving intervention today. We pray this in your Son's precious name.
